This barbershop has pushed my patience past the limit and I’m honestly furious with how disrespectful the entire experience is every single time I sit in that chair, because it feels like I’m invisible even though I’m the one paying. Every time I walk into that barbershop I already feel my mood drop because I know I’m about to sit in a chair where my opinion disappears, and the frustration starts building before the cape even touches my shoulders, because experience has already taught me that the second I sit down I stop being treated like a real customer and start being treated like a kid whose words don’t matter. Walked in and got a cut and informed the barber louinel not to line my front up before sitting. 10 minutes into the cut he starts cutting my widows peak off. Pissed especially because I had a dinner to go to after, barber just laughed it off and tried to make excuses on how he cuts his. Got up and told him to stop cutting my hair and paid. I’ll never go here again.
