RecommendedAwesome customer service, every time I called I was able to speak to Cody (Service Manager) and he was great to deal with. Took my year and half old MX5200( 220 hrs) to them because it was leaking fluid out of the casing and I had taken it to Waydes Equipment where I purchased it 5 separate times and the tractor was split in half 5 times and the issue was never resolved and I was told to just run it because the tractor was “ liquefying grease”. Took 10 days for a reported “2 day repair” of a riding lawnmower. Many errors, such as ordered the wrong part, thought we had the other part on hand (did not) and that part was no where in Kubota’s system, had to find a dealer with one, more errors and delays. Got the General Manager involved, he had no interest on the many errors, just worked to get the last part there - which was fine, however if basic problems are not addressed, they just continue to occur.
