Derik was very helpful and thorough throughout the process of repairing a friends vehicle needing a window and its motor repair after an attempted theft of the car. His pricing was very fair and saved about 200 over the prices quoted at another shop. We've experienced our share of body shops over the years, but have used Derek exclusively for the last decade. He's super responsive and reasonable. He responds within a day (max - usually faster). He does flawless work. Derek also gives us options up front for different levels of repair and what to expect with how it will look in the end depending on what we picked.
