If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.I called the property owner to ask about renting one of his properties for a salon and he mentioned to me yes that he agreed and to come the next day. I just called to VIEW apartment I may be interested in renting.They do application 1st before even having any idea what inside looks like.$45 each person or $50 married couple.I understand process and we need to be "approved" but shouldnt potential renters "approve" how condition/quality 1st.Feels very shady!!!

Would give no stars if I could. Cecil Heavner is the rudest, most unprofessional man I've ever come across. I would not rent a shoebox from this man. I've heard he's a slumlord anyway...but wanted to give him the benefit of doubt. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE!!!
