We hired Heaven Scent to do a standard move out clean. They missed the scheduled appointment that we had with them, and then rescheduled to come out in the middle of the night to clean. They did a decent job on the house, but forgot to finish cleaning the oven, and left their cleaning solution all over the inside of it. We used Heaven Scent for a move out clean. They forgot to finish cleaning the oven, and left. After bringing it to her attention, she told me that she would come back out and finish the job. After several messages…commitments…and missed appointments, she just stopped responding to our messages. We had to hire a second company to come out and finish the job for the folks that bought our house.
