Poor customer service. I visited few days ago for my threading but the girl name Raj denied to do it and said sorry it will take time because we are bsy. Everyone is busy but there is a wah to respons to your customers and they guys don’t know how to do it. She is so egoistic.
Rajni is extremely professional and polite in her work. Its beyond my expectations.
Waited over 2 hours without being attended to, while multiple walk-ins who came after me were taken ahead. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on my experience — and after seeing other unpaid reviews — it’s clear this place is poorly managed with unskilled, untrained staff. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I waited patiently for more than two hours, even though there were only two people ahead of me when I arrived. Despite waiting in the queue, the staff kept attending to new customers who came in after me. At one point, they said it was lunch time, so I continued to wait patiently. I had a great experience with my hair stylist Shivi ! He is excellent at communication and truly knows what he’s doing. Before starting the treatment and hair color, he took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. The final result was exactly what I had dreamed of — I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out! However, I did have a less pleasant interaction with one of his co-workers.
