It was my second time visiting, the lady who do threading is good but for waxing it was way too quick and I had facial, I asked before how long it will be they said 1 hr. I had facial before l understand its around 45 min but this time it was 30 min only and for 15 min the mask was there. So, technically she just did my facial for 15 min.. Not happy with the service.. Don't recommend for facial.. If you want to go for basic eyebrows and stuff, they do ok.. Will not come again

Very bad service. Made me wait an extra hour after my appointment. I had an appointment for 3:00. They said they are going for lunch and told me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes then they told me. By 4:00, they were serving someone else and said the other customer’s appointment time was before me and told me to wait 15 minutes. By 4:15 they told me to wait another 15 minutes. Horrible service.
