The NP Dusty Pickerson was very rude and impersonal. She would constantly cut me off and talk over me. This would have been fine if she was actually knowledgeable. I asked her several questions that she blew off and then left the room and sent her MA back in to deliver me papers. Working as a medical assistant for another office, this upset me and I asked if I could relay her one more question. Abigail Moreno is excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Great everytime I go.
I had an appointment at 9. I was the first one in line when the door opened. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to be seen for a blood draw. Terrible service. I do not recommend the Mesa office on Main Street. I would have walked out, but they had already taken my co-pay.
