The NP Dusty Pickerson was very rude and impersonal. She would constantly cut me off and talk over me. This would have been fine if she was actually knowledgeable. I asked her several questions that she blew off and then left the room and sent her MA back in to deliver me papers. Working as a medical assistant for another office, this upset me and I asked if I could relay her one more question.
