Specialties Our Signature cookie is the Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookie. We hand roll each cookie right here in our little shop. We now make a Cocoa and a Honey version. The Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookie and the Cocoa Cookies are available on our web site. We also bake Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal and Peanut Butter cookies daily in our shop! History Established in 2008. Honestly? Really overrated. I was not impressed with anything except the honey sea salt, and they're too small to be worth the price. Go to the Red Moose Cookie Co. in Cambria instead; MUCH better.
