The crew did a outstanding job on cleaning the blood from my carpets( my dog cut her foot ) I would recommend them 1000 times over,they are the best company that I used
Great job by Chris and Dillon. Chris called me and said they could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which worked out great. Chris was courteous and very knowledgable and gave us some tips for our new puppy in case she has any accidents. The carpets look great and feel so soft. We will definitely be calling again and you know have a new customer who will be calling again and again. Hats off to Chris, Dillon and the entire company.
Let me start by saying that I requested a quote for service via a web post on Tuesday...I was called back the same day and scheduled for cleaning the next day! Amazing! Secondly, Connor and Corey (the 2 techs that did the service) were very thorough and professional! They worked quickly, yet gave my carpet a "like new" look! They also touched up my home's entrance way no charge! Lastly, I received a military discount, which I greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you're looking for carpet cleaning!
These guys are great! They came out to the house, assessed the situation and treated the issue. They removed all sorts of dirt and even the smell of cigarette smoke from my home. They are welcome back any time. They truly know their stuff.
I have used Heaven's Best 3 times now and all times they did a fantastic job! The first job i had them clean all carpets in my home. I had it done right before a family party and it looked great and saved me time as they vacuum all the rugs too! The second time was a horrible stain on shag carpet from my child getting sick one night. I called Jim and they were at my house the next morning. We recently moved into a rental home that had a significant amount of pet urine stains and damage. I called Jim on a Friday afternoon and he said he would come out first thing on Saturday. He did a thorough inspection of the carpet in every room. He determined that some rooms just needed to have the carpet replaced rather than trying to clean it as the damage was too extensive. Heavens Best cleaned our basement and family room. The results were beyond belief, so much so that we decided to have them clean the remainder of our home to include a large persian rugs.
