I was very disappointed by the fact that Heaven's best carpet did a horrible job shampooing our carpets! I went with Heaven's because the reviews and the 5 stars but that didn't seem to be true. First of all they were late 30 minutes and the guy didn't wear any covers on his shoes like a professional would. And he was done in 30 minutes! I pointed out that it still looks dirty he said that's all he can do. My husband brought out or small shampoo cleaner and went over the carpet and was able to do a better job.
