Emily and Chris are just great!!
The owner yelled at my stylist because I told her the color I really wanted. I find it offensive and asked him not to do it. He then yelled at me for arriving late. When I left, I was angry with him and vowed never to go back. My stylist was great. I told her the color I was looking for and she helped me. Then I asked her if she could wax me, and again, she obligated me. The stylist was kind, has good verbal skills (EASL), and is quite knowledgeable. Amazing experience here- went with my best friend to get our nails done before her wedding- they comped her a free design because she was getting married! Lots of attention to detail, super friendly, free massages, and they made sure we were happy before we left!
