Everyone there is awesome, friendly, flexible and takes great care of my fur-babies. I don't think my fur-babies would want to go anywhere else!

Ms. Hill, I am so sorry you left our shop feeling that way. Your baby is a wonderful dog and always well behaved. We didn't want you to be upset if her hair cut wasn't exactly how you wanted. Since she is a large elderly dog and has hip problems we wanted to keep her as comfortable as possible. She didn't want to stand, so we held her throughout the process and were as gentle as we could be. And if there is anything I can do to make you feel better about your experience with us, please call me.
My dogs are old and they always take special care of them! My standard poodle has a bad knee and they always make sure to minimize his time in the crate and allow him to wander around and just hang out. ❤️ that!
The nicest and most friendly people! Very good price for grooming as well!
Nancy and her crew are the best! They are true animal lovers. Our Fur-kids love it there and always look wonderful when we leave.
