They don't share the clients care information to the staff before they go to the clients home and it doesn't be a Individual Care Plan folder in the home for information.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I worked here for about a month. They do NOT care about their employees or clients for that matter. They lack communication & structure. I could not deal with the structure of this company. Khadijah has a TERRIBLE attitude toward staff as well. It was very much unnecessary and uncalled for. I wasted my time working here truly.
