If I could give a negative, I would. First of all, my son took in a coupon for a free haircut we received recently in the mail. Twenty minutes into the haircut he was told they no long honor this coupon!!! Bad business practice. One hour into the haircut, he had to take a bathroom break. He was only getting a man's haircut. Finally finished at one hour and 15 minutes, and still not enough was taken off. We'll NEVER go back.
