Jay is amazing! I had no AC for 2 days, called a company who never showed up. He told me what to do over the phone and in 5 minutes my thermostat came on.
I couldn't have received better customer service than Heavenly Cooling offers. I contacted them late on Saturday and he was at my house Sunday morning taking care of my problems. 100% recommend.
I would highly recommend Heavenly Cooling & Heating. Jay is top notch in professionalism and integrity. Honest and fair pricing. They are based in St. Cloud and we used them when we lived in Kissimmee - he replaced our condenser. We’ve moved to Championsgate since then. Cannot say enough good things about Heavenly Cooling and Heating! We had an AC issue on a hot Sunday night and they were able to come out and take care of us quickly! I am so grateful they were able to make the time to get out to us after hours and get our AC up and running again. On top of that, Jay was so nice and SO helpful before he even arrived! We will not hesitate to use them again. They have a customer for life in us and we will not hesitate to use them again!
