This was absolutely the worst spa experience I have ever had. The first the entrance is stained and dirty, the shower basin didn’t drain and filled with water while I was showering off the salt scrub not to mention the spiders and spider webs everywhere I looked. The floors and walls were dirty and the window curtains left wide open while I was in my service. This window looks out onto the street which removed any sense of privacy I may have had. I went to Heaven The Spa on the Rock today for the first time. I had the Westcoast Pedicure with Mellissa. She did an amazing job and I felt so great when I left there. It’s my #1 pick for a spa treatment in Victoria now. Highly recommended.
