Love the convenient Hale Koa location, but Heaven on Earth's makes a person wanna give a side eye, like I know what you all are doing & it's wrong... my experience with their nail service left a lot to be desired due to pricing issues. ​The rate quoted upfront was not what I actually paid. Fees like polish removal were added on top later rather than being included in the initial total cost. This was an incredibly disappointing experience on vacation. I will say I’ve been getting massages once or twice a month for the past 20 years, and this ranks in the top three worst experiences. I booked the “deep tissue” massage 30 days in advance. First, this is not a full-service spa, so there’s no reason to arrive early expecting spa amenities. Attention MEN. Be sure to ask for Bill. I just got the best men's scissor cut I've had in 25 years. He is very experienced, precise, professional and personable. He had no trouble with my double cowlick. Expected to pay $$$, but it cost the same as home. Wish I could comeback for my next cut. Make reservations at the main spa upstairs. I got a same day appointment which was convenient. Thanks Bill.

Wife and I took the opportunity to get a couples massage for the first time ever and it didn’t disappoint. We spared no expense and took the opted to go pool side at their private cabana and it was such a wonderful experience. That 80 minute massage flew by and being outside in the shade listening to the winds and waves just made the experience 10x better. Our massage therapists were wonderful and we have no issues recommending their services.
