Worst experience I ever had! I been getting massages since I was a kid and I know when it’s bad business! The way I see it is they think I’m just a tourist that come and go! They took me behind the gym room and it was disgustingly dirty! My nose was stuffed the whole time of the sessions because of the dust in the air and hair all over my face! I ask why I can’t breathe in there and massager said it’s just allergies! The massager was sick coughing badly and he smells really bad!
I had a great experience with my couple’s massage and body wrap! I would definitely do these 2 services again. I also got a facial and it was nice but I don’t think I would do this there again.
Everyone I interacted with was so kind! Erika killed my nails and made me feel so comfortable. Special shoutout to Christie at the front desk she was so friendly. Absolutely will be coming back every trip I have to the Hale Koa.

First thing to start off our appointment……it was canceled. We actually showed up a little early for a 3pm massage. We had planned this 1 week in advance and planned our whole day around it. We arrived at 2:45 and waited on the couch until 3. As we were excitedly anticipating our name getting called next, instead one of the workers ran out and the front desk staff told us right at 3 that a staff member had to leave and our massage needed to be cancelled.
