Came in for mani /pedi Asked for french regular no shelac The cuticle and flaky skin around some of fingers were addressed. Still could have been done better, The quality and consistency of the nailpolish was not liquidy, seemed too thick and scrapping at the bottom of the bottle, they need to offer better quality fresher polish. Hand lotion, very basic, not very moisturising and minimal scent, and hot towel a bit too hot, Need to test the towels before putting on customer to avoid initial discomfort. Vinie did my pedi and she did her job perfectly
Horrible.. dont waste your money. I got a shellac manicure done 3 days ago, and the top coat has all come off, and the polish is all coming off the tips. My cousin got a shellac manicure done as well, and her tech cut her cuticle and didn't bother cleaning it. She has spots of blood in her nail polish and they didn't even file the nails down properly. Horrible and worst manicure ever.
