Today I walked in to get acrylics done and the man doing them was so rough on my hands and nails and in such a rush that the whole appointment was stressful and painful. The "shoulder massage" was about 15 seconds long and he was very short with me. Last time I came in I wanted dip nails and he said they don't do them, which is a lie. because I've had dip done there before. If I go back, I won't be seeing him. Edit: Tips are not guaranteed and are given based on how the service was.

I have always had great experiences here for manicures and pedicures. I came here before my wedding last year for my wedding nails and they came out beautiful. I came tonight for a simple gel French manicure and they were beautifully done. I never feel rushed here, and every time I have gel done they last super long and don’t chip or peel. They offer added services when you get a manicure, such as hand wax, hand massage and neck massage. They are always done neatly with nice edges. I loved my nails today. I have been a customer here for a while and get a mani every 2 1/2 weeks and a pedicure once a month with the same person. I went in for my appointment today, along with many other days and waited for awhile (45 minutes) before walking out. Mind you I understand they can’t give exact times but when I walk in for an appointment at noon that was made at my last appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago with my specific person and they’re just seating someone you would expect your appointment to be followed out and respected.
