This was my second visit,...my 1st visit wasn't a satisfactory one. I had my brows waxed and areas of my eyelid was torn off. And no, I am not using any medications or chemical on my face... Because of my satisfaction with the nail-fill I decided to return for a nail - fill and pedicure. I must say I was well pleased. Tonny did a great job on both. The Deluxe Pedicure was extremely relaxing.
If the place opens at 9 why aren’t all your workers there? I went in to get brows tinted. The girl told me wait 10 mins. 10 went past and they are saying the person is on the way. Now it’s 9:30 nobody shows up. I just walked out because why are we all casually on our phone like you don’t have a customer? Why not post the time frame the brow lady is there?
I said I wasn’t coming back after previously receiving overly thick gel nails, but I decided to give Heaven Nails another chance. I paid $142 for a manicure, pedicure, and eyelashes. Two days later, the polish was already coming off several of my toes. I called and spoke with Lin, and she told me to come in when I returned to town.
