I got my platinum wedding set resized and two gold necklaces fixed here. They did a great job on everything. Staff are very helpful and they have a great selection of jewelry at very reasonable prices.
Sold some gold and silver coins from my collection at their Shoppers World branch. Shamim, the manager, was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my coins.

*ENGAGEMENT RING SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!* Endless excuses, misleading practises and straight up lies when it came to delivering the standard quality of the ring. NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Total garbage quality, they attempt to pass on a sub-par product and when you point out flaws or doubt the quality, they are very well trained with sales phrases and other excuses to make you doubt yourself.
i visited with my friend so he could fix his broken chain, the man and lady working were very nice. The guy gave my friend a discount on the repair and then offered to clean all of our jewelry pieces for free! very kind staff, excellent customer service
