I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a full set of lash extensions for $130 because I have a very important trip coming up. At no point before the appointment was I told that the lash technician was a beginner, I only found this out during the appointment. Had I known beforehand, I would not have booked with here, especially given the importance of my upcoming travel plans. I just had a wonderful facial at Heaven Essence with one of their new estheticians, Riley, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facial itself was so relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward.
