I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a full set of lash extensions for $130 because I have a very important trip coming up. At no point before the appointment was I told that the lash technician was a beginner, I only found this out during the appointment. Had I known beforehand, I would not have booked with here, especially given the importance of my upcoming travel plans. I just had a wonderful facial at Heaven Essence with one of their new estheticians, Riley, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facial itself was so relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I started going to Heaven Essence close to a year ago for a face wax and was lucky enough to be scheduled with Summer! Summer is an absolute gem, she is my go to for everything! My Son Christopher had a Mens pedicure. He said it was really great. Very professional, clean, a great ambience, relaxing and his toes look wonderful
This place is the best! I had Hadeal for my massage and not only did she do an amazing job, but she also was such a funny and kind person. I recommend her to everyone now! Hadeal made my day and I will always go back to Heaven Essence now.
