The workouts are challenging and different each time but target all areas of the body. Michael is super fun to work with. 45 minute classes, in and out, and you got a great workout in.

I went to the lisle location off and on and LOVE it! It is a small facility, but it doesn't matter! If you want a great workout then this is the place. If you don't push yourself you won't get results. I have moved many times and have been looking for a boot camp like heaven and hell and am continually disappointed. Very friendly trainers and worth it!

Here's the thing, I was actually to be hired by Heaven and Hell. Notice I said "to be". Damon (The owner of Heaven and Hell) is probably one of the most inconsistent, unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. During my 2-3 month interaction with him to be hired, the job I was offered was completely different from when we first discussed it.
