Trainers are great, 45 minute unlimited group classes make getting to the goal easy. Intense, challenging functional workouts and daily class schedule are worth the relatively low price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great trainers and workouts. Never boring, it can be as challenging as you are up for or if you can't do it, the trainers will give you a modification or alternate routine. I chose bootcamp over getting a personal trainer at my gym and it is worth it.
Great 45 minute workout.
The workouts were great and the instructors were very helpful on top of it! I like that the classes were limited to a small enough group to where the intructor was able to I was able to focus on each person's for . Unfortunately I only attenended two weeks. I had an injury (outside related, not do to this class) and I was unable to participate for the full two months I had purchased. I would have given them a 5 if I had seen the full results.
