Elizabeth is a skilled and talented healer. I suffered a mild concussion and after just 1 session with her, my headaches and dizziness were gone. And a bonus— so was my sciatic pain. Thank you, Elizabeth!

I’ve been seeing Elizabeth for 3 years now. She is a gifted, kind, warm, respectful healer with just the right amount of sweet humor. Seeing her on a consistent basis is part of my monthly healthcare. It’s also one of my favorite days each month. Robyn

I have been a client of Elizabeth’s for many years. I came to her with chronic neck pain that I suffered from for over a decade. The cranio sacral treatments gave me a much needed relief. Elizabeth is a gifted healer—from cranial sacral to massage to vibration therapy. She is intuitive and in my experience deeply feels the where and when and even why of the movement of energy and fluid in our bodies. I love working with Elizabeth, our sessions are exquisitely intense in just the right way. I highly recommend Heavy and Earth Bodyworks if you need good healing with quality results.
