I highly recommended Heatwave Heating and Cooling! We have a 16-year old AC unit that I wanted to get serviced without having to buy a annual plan. Heatwave was able to give me a good price for a single service call. I was also worried that whomever I worked with would simply tell me that we needed to replace the unit. I had 3 separate companies come check my furnace all said I need to spend 10k replacing the furnace. Last second called heatwave and got Dimitri to come check it out. He was the first person to actually look at it as something to fix. He found gas wasn't coming through, checked my meter and it was off. Got it turned on and rechecked and guess what? It works perfectly fine! No need for a new furnace. They actually care here and saved my family money we couldn't afford. 10/10 best person and company I have worked with.
Heatwave is fantastic. Great price and immediate attention. Very knowledgeable as well. Ivan and crew were very efficient, prompt and courteous. I will be calling Dmitri at Heatwave for all of my HVAC needs in the future if they arise. They saved me from this heatwave on very short notice. Thank you.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our blower motor and wheel failed in our 13-year-old furnace. The blower wheel had seized inside the housing and wouldn’t come out. Every other HVAC company that came out barely looked at it and told me I needed to buy a new furnace and AC because the housing was no longer manufactured, and since my AC is 20 years old, they said it all needed to be replaced.
