Dmitri was attentive to my needs and did excellent work on replacing my AC and Furnace. Was a great price and the work was done quickly after scheduling.
We had a big heating and AC replacement job that needed to be done now, or at least soon. Dimitri provided every bit of information needed to make the decision to go with no pressure at all. I can say with no reservations that the team at Heatwave in Parker are the best. The work was done expertly and promptly. I’m confident the new equipment will last way beyond the time I’m on our home. And I’m confident that if there is ever any problem they will respond quickly.
Heatwave is one of those ultra rare companies that has great people, awesome service, at a reasonable price. We’ve used Demitri for all of our HVAC needs for the past 5 years, and every single time, he’s been brilliant. I called this morning because my unit was leaking water. Demitri came out on short notice and resolved my issue permanently. Can’t say enough good things, use them!
