I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our blower motor and wheel failed in our 13-year-old furnace. The blower wheel had seized inside the housing and wouldn’t come out. Every other HVAC company that came out barely looked at it and told me I needed to buy a new furnace and AC because the housing was no longer manufactured, and since my AC is 20 years old, they said it all needed to be replaced. Heatwave installed a new furnace, central air conditioner, and ran a new refrigerant line in my home. They were very professional and really went the extra mile to help me figure what equipment would work best for me. My basement is finished and I was concerned that running a new line would cause a lot of damage. After carefully reviewing the situation, they were able to run a new line with only one small hole in my basement that was easily covered. Dimitri is the man! I suspected low refrigerant in my AC unit, so I called to schedule an appointment. Dimitri answered and scheduled me for that afternoon. He text me with his ETA and arrived on time. Within a few mins he confirmed my suspicion of low refrigerant, ran a sealant to seal a potential micro leak and added more refrigerant. And answered all my questions in the process.
