Heatwave was incredibly easy to work with. Our technician Rob was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and explained everything he was doing to make sure we were comfortable with and aware of everything being done. I highly recommend heatwave!
Phone staff and technician were helpful and friendly. Lots of advice and got my Air back on. ON A WEEKEND! We have a continuing issue that we will be working on but I am confudent that will go just as smoothly. Very pleased. They came reccomended to me so I shouldn't be as surprised as I am.
