Tony did an excellent job, was pleasant and friendly and hope he will want to come back again
Heat Wave returned today for a routine tune up of my furnace. Tessa was my technician, and as with everyone I’ve encountered at Heat Wave, she did an outstanding job. She gave me a thorough evaluation of my system, and answered all of my questions patiently. I can’t say enough good things about the Heat Wave personnel. Everyone with whom I’ve had contact has been a stellar professional who goes above and beyond what is normally expected. Thank you!!
Rob was very polite and efficient. he explained all concerning matters with me. He was a pleasure to have providing his service.
