They were fine - a bit of a glitch getting the new pump circulating.
Tech was very responsive and didn't try to over sell me on things that were not needed at this time.
March 2025 - Rob has been here before. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and even our dogs like him! :) We continue to be happy returning customers of Heatwave! Tom was great. He kept a clean work area, was very friendly and did a great job explaining the new split system. I would definitely work with Heatwave again.
