I was charged over $7,000 by this company for replacing my hot water tank and installing a chimney cap. They told me it was an emergency and that carbon monoxide could enter the apartment building if I didn’t do it right away. They billed me $3,500 for the hot water tank replacement and another $3,700 for the chimney cap. The technician pressured me into believing it had to be done the same day. First of all they were early in the scheduled time. Louis was professional introduced himself and his colleague. He not only explained his recommendations but showed me the areas of concern. The workman came on time and I was notified he was on his way. The work was done efficiently and debris removed and place left very clean. I highly recommend Heatspan and their team of workers,

Everything was very good. The service people arrived on time, and completed their maintenance and safety check without delay. I was quite impressed with the level of expertise of the heating system engineer who was on site.
