Technician John was awesome and friendly and solved the issue easily (for him). I will absolutely go to Heatspan again if needed and would absolutely recommend.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the same spot for over 3 hours. HEATSPAN parks their vehicles overnight and over the entire weekend in residential areas illegally. HEATSPAN takes up residential parking spots in Marine Park on regular daily basis. HEATSPAN in an unethical company. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Do not recommend. Review for a friend's experience that I directly witnessed. Supposedly list of maintenance items on the website of a boiler was no more than superficial wiping of the boiler with wd50 with a cloth that has no actual purpuse..No cleaning of the burner area, no check nor replacement of the sight glass, no actual maintenance done.
