We have lived in house house since 1999. Brett is the ONLY plumber we have used. Being an old farm house we have had multiple issues that have come up with the plumbing. Brett has taken care of every problem. Excellent work and always stays in contact about the jobs. He very recently did work on a 2nd house we bought as a rental. Again, very satisfied.
I have hired Brett on different occasions with no problems. This last time (summer of 2017) was a very bad experience. Toward the end of the job, I had called him to ask about some issues that were not done to my expectations (leaks and wrong size toilet seat) and he responded by cussing at me and telling me he was sick of the BS on this job.
