I’ve had a miserable experience dealing with Eliza. Cannot even get her to take or return my calls. I’m told she’s away from the office every time I try. Mark is a great guy though. This review is specific to her, not the practice itself.

I had Heaton & Venuti reccomend to me by my Workman Comp Attorney. My attorney there is Eliza Heaton. And never have my legal needs been so well met. She obtained a divorce for me from my then current husband. Never have I been kept so informed as to every step she took by either a phone call or letter. I paid a very reasonable retainer and she used only about half of it. Ms. Heaton explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. That made things so much easier. I am so glad to have Eliza Heaton in my corner!!
