Be aware of Diane, she sold my friend a house and ripped him off on the price. Someone referred her to him and he's a first time buyer he trusted her but she over sold the house to him for $75000. Over market price. He found out when he tried to sell the house 8 months after he bought it. Don't use her if you wanna get a good deal or of you don't know much about real estate. Good luck.
They go above and beyond. Very happy with their service! The best I have encountered.
