Had an emergency furnace failure in 26° weather.. Brian came saved the day, thoroughly professional- on time -cleaned up everything & the price was right! Did not try to upswell us…. We were so impressed. We’d recommend Brian and heat masters of new Baltimore to anyone. Thanks Brian we’re warm and cozy now!

Brian is amazing! Not only is his work impeccable, he actually cares about humans and doesn't try to steal money like all these other companies out there! I have use him for everything in my house going on 5 years now! His work has always been great and on point! When he installed my hot water tank, he was professional, fast, and cleaned up as you never knew he was there! I called him in a panic and he literally came right away! Again Brian is top notch! Brian's work after having another company out to fix it partially is worse then I could have imagined. His installation has damage my home to the tune of 16,000 dollars to start with because the water supply line to my humidifier came loose twice and the second time he installed it, that was worse then the first time. Thanks to my home owners insurance my house will be repaired at no help from Brian what so ever.
