I had about 5 or 6 companies come out for Free Estimates as that is what i had explicitly stated with each one of them, I have my notes to prove this. This company sent me a **** for 150 for simply observing a few things, maybe spent 20 minutes at the most and didn't Perform Any Work. All other companies came out looked at the issue and then sent me an ESTIMATE to do the work. They did Not do as i had requested.
