Seems to be a rat among the ranks. Don't trust the rat.
Been there in the pass but only for OEM parts. When in back there last month. They have a new manager and new old counter guy came back. Talked to manager and he has bought in a whole lot on aftermarket parts and more grill sizes and metal. Them counter guys Jake and Paul are great and helpful. Bruce and Randy in the warehouse are fast and great. As a general contractor remodeler in San Diego, I specialize in residential remodeling throughout San Diego. Great bunch of guys and with new manager and with a full staff things are getting better and more of the supplies you need are now in stock. Be coming a one stop shop and they have Rheem Water heater and Rheem Mini Splits
