I’ve never written a bad review before, but this experience was honestly unbelievable. About 10 months ago, I purchased multiple boxes of filters from this company because we change our filters every three months. Yesterday, when I went to replace one, I realized that the filters at the bottom of the box were the wrong size. I figured it would be a simple issue to resolve — bring them in, explain what happened, and exchange them for the correct size. Truck drivers use a pull up in forklift company across the street to back in. Nice staff. Came early and they were able to take me. Overnight parking on street.
