I’ve never written a bad review before, but this experience was honestly unbelievable. About 10 months ago, I purchased multiple boxes of filters from this company because we change our filters every three months. Yesterday, when I went to replace one, I realized that the filters at the bottom of the box were the wrong size. Truck drivers use a pull up in forklift company across the street to back in. Nice staff. Came early and they were able to take me. Overnight parking on street.

Seems to be a rat among the ranks. Don't trust the rat.
Been there in the pass but only for OEM parts. When in back there last month. They have a new manager and new old counter guy came back. Talked to manager and he has bought in a whole lot on aftermarket parts and more grill sizes and metal. Them counter guys Jake and Paul are great and helpful. Bruce and Randy in the warehouse are fast and great.
