We called Michael on Monday morning after we had no heat for the weekend. He asked pertinent questions, and for photos of our existing furnace. He worked up an estimate which we accepted; he ordered a new Trane furnace and it came in on Tuesday morning. He loaded up his van and was out here mid-morning and out of here mid-afternoon, the furnace completely configured for our space, installed, connected with a new thermostat, and cleaned up. He is SO professional! I highly recommend Michael Rossback and HCE.
These guys are reliable, easy to work with, responsive, and professional! So grateful we hired them.
