I hired them to install a Mitsubishi 2.5T ducted heat pump HVAC for me, along with completely new ducts in the crawlspace, with permits. They did most of the work in a week, secured all the required HERS tests, passed inspection, and everything was done as agreed, all at a very competitive price. Highly recommend! Another company came to service my system and recommended a range of expensive repairs. I sensed something was wrong for a variety of reasons (tl;dr the tech didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing) so I contacted Dmitry at Heating, Cooling & Appliance Technique Inc.
