Today I had William come over to diagnose the issues with my furnace. For the last month or so it’s been working on and off. My landlord has had someone come out and try to fix it with no avail. Today William came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and work with my landlord to come up with a fix. William was pleasant and professional. I am glad that he came out and that my issue is being resolved! Definitely recommend!

I called about an issue and a technician was at my house later in the day. William was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and was transparent with cost prior to doing anything further. William gave good advice on routine things to look for and complete in the future. I recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

We had heat go out when it was super cold out I called so many places including our home warranty because it was the night before thanksgiving no one could come I called this company spoke to William and he did a wonderful job he answered questions on the phone, and put up with me going back and forth on a decision to come out that night when I did call him and he came right away he explained what he was doing and what the problem was and able to fix within a quick period. I called at 9:30 in the morning on the third day of mid 90’s. I know what I needed. They have a a quote over the phone. I called back to give them the thumbs up about 12:30 pm. They were onsite within two hours. The guys were friendly, polite and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I can’t recommend Heating & Cooling Drs enough. You won’t regret calling the Drs.
