I called at 9:30 in the morning on the third day of mid 90’s. I know what I needed. They have a a quote over the phone. I called back to give them the thumbs up about 12:30 pm. They were onsite within two hours. The guys were friendly, polite and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I can’t recommend Heating & Cooling Drs enough. You won’t regret calling the Drs.
Their service was phenomenal! Very friendly, professional and overall communicated thoroughly with me about the installation. They made sure everything was functioning properly and doubled checked for errors. Highly recommend anyone in need of their services and a great overall experience!
Super fast response. William showed up the same day that we called for an a/c repair and got it back up and running that day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Considering that we were in a heat wave and the amount of service calls be attended to no other company was able to schedule quickly enough and some didn’t call back! William was here in less than 24 hours. The diagnostic is quick and the repair just as quick. Honest, and reasonably priced. Thank you William for your knowledge, and helping us.
