Just got my HVAC system replaced by Heating and Cooling DRS. The old 80% furnace was replaced with a fuel efficient 97% Lennox elite series furnace. The whole process was super smooth and quick. William was super helpful in explaining to me the differences between different types of furnaces and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend Heating and Cooling DRS.

We had a great experience with Heating and Cooling Drs! William was able to come over within about an hour after our call, and Josh and Carl replaced our furnace and AC same day. They were professional and efficient and did a great job with the replacements. Would definitely recommend.

Our furnace was making an awful noise. I called William at 7 am. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and said he would have to get the part and would be returning in about 45 minutes. True to his word he was back in 45 minutes with the new part. An honest, straightforward employee owned company with great service from start to finish! William was amazing and able to fix my issue and give me a routine cleaning in my HVAC. 10/10!
