I had an emergency issue where my heating won't kick in over the weekend. I called for an emergency visit. Within a few hours William showed up, found out my thermostat and igniter is faulty and repaired within the next couple of hours. It can't get better than this. William did an excellent job explaining about the issue and took care of it immediately. I am very happy with his service and will utilize him again for future maintenance work. We had a great experience with Heating and Cooling Drs! William was able to come over within about an hour after our call, and Josh and Carl replaced our furnace and AC same day. They were professional and efficient and did a great job with the replacements. Would definitely recommend.

Initially, very responsive and answered all my questions (William) and then Chris/AJ installed our new unit quickly after our initial call. The service was done between 48 hours which was a great turnaround. Amending my review because we have since asked for William’s assistance in filling out an insurance form requested by our insurance and he has not sent it even after my husband has sent it over email several times. Our furnace was making an awful noise. I called William at 7 am. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and said he would have to get the part and would be returning in about 45 minutes. True to his word he was back in 45 minutes with the new part.
