Absolutely outstanding service! They were able to get to me incredibly fast, which I truly appreciated. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, they did an excellent job and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s rare to find this level of responsiveness, quality work, and great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

It was excellent, from my call to the office to arrange an appointment to talk to someone about a new unit, to the visit with the owner in our home, to the installation all was wonderful! The prices were right as well! Every person involved treated us with an up most professional attitude, friendly service and knew what they were doing! I would highly recommend them to family and friends! We have. Nice new furnace and AC unit and hope to drop the cost of our Ac and gas bills in the months ahead!

Walking into an 88 degree home after work at almost 6pm and called Heating & Air Paramedics, who actually answered the phone call after hours and had a technician, Andy Grinder, which I was very impressed with, available to come out the same evening and showed up within the window I was given. He determined the issue quickly and did the repairs, went over and above and finished just as it was getting dark. Very impressed with the whole operation. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

(I called multiple places before that since I was just going down the list how the companies appeared for my Google search that offers emergency assistance) Let's just say he was the only one that actually tried to get someone out to us and not brush me off or telling me I need a new unit before even looking at it. Andy came out this morning was on ... read more

Andy came to our rescue today. He worked hard to get the unit back up and running and he educated us as well. The price was fair as well. Great experience. We will use these guys for our HVAC needs in the future here and on our rental properties. Thank you!!!
