It was excellent, from my call to the office to arrange an appointment to talk to someone about a new unit, to the visit with the owner in our home, to the installation all was wonderful! The prices were right as well! Every person involved treated us with an up most professional attitude, friendly service and knew what they were doing! I would highly recommend them to family and friends! We have. Nice new furnace and AC unit and hope to drop the cost of our Ac and gas bills in the months ahead!

We have now used Heating & Air Paramedics multiple times on our rental properties. They are outstanding! Their folks communicate well, are genuine and authentic in caring for your property and your pocketbook, we have been beyond pleased with their pricing each time. There are a lot of good contractors in Springfield, but at this point, I will just always call these guys!

Heating + Air Paramedics has the absolute best service! They are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind. David took my late night phone call, answered all my questions and was so patient when explaining everything to me. He arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. It was like having a family member in my home helping fix an issue and learning in the process. Amazing!!!
