They took money from my account with no notices or authorization. Over $500 gone from your account with no notice and excuses that they "arent allowed to notify clients about this payment being pulled". The therapist are incredible and its very unfortunate this place has managed to sour all positive notations I had for it all cause they decide to pull money from you when its convenient to them and only them. Beware and dont out your card or account information on file
After a while without therapy, I decided to go back and by chance my job did some work at Heathrow and so I inquired about becoming a patient. I was paired with Jenna and the experience was literally life changing for me. Not only do I feel like major life changes happened, but the people around me also have gotten the benefit of the help I received. I will be forever grateful for the impact Jenna has had in my life.
