Well, considering the Orange City office is closed it would be helpful to inform patients, update the Facebook page, etc.. My appointment was confirmed by a phone message from the office and specifically said it was at Orange City. When I went to the office it was permanently closed. I called the Lake Mary office and they were unable to work me in that day for a routine exam. I won't be a returning patient.
I’ve been going since I was 16, three years now.. and have never gotten an exam. Little odd, don’t you think? Also, they were supposed to send in a fill for my birth control, pharmacy said it never went through.. so I call them and they say they are going to call the pharmacy to see what’s going on and call me back immediately, well it’s been a week. AND, every time I call, I’m on hold for 20+ minutes just for it to hang up on me! I’m done!
DO NOT EVER GO THERE!! I have had nothing but the worst experience at this office and asked for 6 weeks for my information to be released to my new OB so I can get an appointment and they refused. So I decided to suck it up and go back to this place only for them to TURN ME AWAY because I haven’t been in 6 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. so glad they’re not delivering my child. I’m sure I’ll read a malpractice case against this place soon enough.
RecommendedI’ve been seeing Carla Shulman way before she was at this office. I absolutely adore her and will not go to anyone else. She understands every concern you have, takes time to actually talk to you and is very honest!!! Love her so much!!!
Absolute chaos! The staff is CLUELESS- they actually have ONE girl who does everything. They never answer, they can’t get anything right! Cancel last min. Rude!! They do have an office with an amazing staff and doctors in lake Mary which they know what their doing! Do not recommend them at ALL!!! Not to mention we are selfpay which would mean they get all their cash upfront and they still suck!
The staff are very friendly and Carla well she’s the best! I recommend that a woman that needs an OB/GYN contact this place! Also for the month of October when in without insurance can get a free mammogram! So make your appointment today!
Dr Lambert is the BEST!! Great office staff, very friendly n professional!
I would give a 5 on cleanliness and staff but as far as answering phones go i would give a 1
