Worst apartment ever
I can see why this place has a low rating. I don't live here, but I'm a postal worker who works on the outdated mailboxes when they break. This management is so poor that on the route fixing their outdated boxes I went to the welcome center simply for a bathroom relief in full postal uniform and asked could I use their facilities, and both women said no if I'm not a resident, I was at 1st angry due to the urgency of the situation but then I decided to drive over to the next place where they had no issue with it. If you think you’re getting a deal because it’s Canton THINK AGAIN. You will make up for the price with your DTE bill because the hvac is outdated. You may as well get an updated apartment elsewhere cause you’re going to be out of an extra 500 a month on DTE. Also the price that they have advertised is not the price you will pay, once they approve you they will add another 50-100 monthly on top of the rent which is insane considering how high the DTE is. The owner of this place has ridiculous practices. They rejected my application because they don’t except newly contracted workers as employed… “”Ridiculous””They also charged my card the high app fee, but once they rejected my app for ridiculous reasons, they said they would mail me my refund in 3 or 4 week… “”Maybe, criminally ridiculous””
