The Manager (Dawn) is outstanding at her job. She is very nice, and answer all questions you have.
This property has been outstanding from day one of new renovations. They’re organized, easy to communicate with, and always make tenants feel heard. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and they consistently check in to ensure everything is going smoothly. It’s rare to find a management team that balances professionalism with genuine care; but they do it effortlessly. I can confidently say they treat their tenants like a priority, not just a number.
I am a new tenant here and this place is really coming back to life the new renovations have made an amazing difference and the management is doing a great job. Love living here.
