If you think you’re getting a deal because it’s Canton THINK AGAIN. You will make up for the price with your DTE bill because the hvac is outdated. You may as well get an updated apartment elsewhere cause you’re going to be out of an extra 500 a month on DTE. Also the price that they have advertised is not the price you will pay, once they approve you they will add another 50-100 monthly on top of the rent which is insane considering how high the DTE is. The owner of this place has ridiculous practices. They rejected my application because they don’t except newly contracted workers as employed… “”Ridiculous””They also charged my card the high app fee, but once they rejected my app for ridiculous reasons, they said they would mail me my refund in 3 or 4 week… “”Maybe, criminally ridiculous””
