LAZY! they half ass the entire job, most of the time forgetting to trim, or leaving areas not mowed! They never empty their bags so they just spread clumps of grass everywhere. Supposed to blow the patio and sidewalks off but they alway forget. It costs $1500 a week for them to maintain this property and they can’t even do what they’re paid for. FIND A DIFFERENT LAWN CARE COMPANY. If I had any say over this, we would not be paying Heatherwood to do our lawn care. THEY SUCK
They did a very good job. Staff was very nice and they did a great job of cleaning the work areas.
I will say Terri at the front office was super rude and disrespectful I called and informed her I would be bringing loads to dump and after I loaded my trailer and came here she told me she would not take my loads I've never dealt with a company as unprofessional as this place highly suggested not goin there
