The units are not luxury LOL But they are not bad, either, just a little outdated. There does seem to be increased police activity and smoking with no consequences. That being said, EVERY SINGLE PERSON we have encountered in maintenance and the office has been out of the way friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t say enough about Hillcrest! The snow removal was amazing! The staff listens to us. They really care when we have concerns.
Had a wonderful experience with the office staff. Very comforting.
I’ve been here 3 months and my experience here has been great. The leasing agent Kelis is such a sweetheart and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Eddie and the entire maintenance crew here are great! They are very responsive and quick to complete tasks. Everyone here is very nice and friendly… my kids and I love the community.
