The manager Ashley is very combative, very disrespectful and stands by her workers that are thieves
Lousy neighbors they smoke on their decks. They don’t really care they throw garbage around.
Had to cancel lease agreement before move in date for personal reasons.. whoever runs this place is a saint they agreed to give me a full refund and first months rent back granted I didn’t even move in yet but they didn’t have to do that great people if things change and I end up staying on Long Island I will be putting in another application
HONEST review. Recently moved out. Most of the 5-star ratings are because of the maintenance team. After each service you get sent a link to review. That’s where it stops here, honestly. Maintenance definitely responds quickly and is an awesome team. As far as apartments go, EXTREMELY OUTDATED and ugly! They were sure to take a unit and completely remodel it to make the new leasing office tho. The appliances are old and turning yellow (if you don’t have a unit with stainless steel).
