My experience was dealing with the Hillcrest.Heatherwood, maintenance staff has been that they all just wonderful, they are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and they comment and repair any issues in a timely manner.If they cannot repair it, they figure out why?And they resolve it very quickly , I would recommend them any day to anybody.
Our maintenance guy Eddie fixed our AC issue quickly and completely after being without it for a few days we we're so grateful to have Eddie come to the rescue and we now know for te future if we have any issues we can count on Eddie to fix the problem promptly and fully!!! Thank you again Eddie for all your hardwork and attention to detail we truly appreciate you and all you did for us!!!
Amazing time here with some of the best staff I’ve dealt with regarding apartments and housing!! They made it easy, and stress free. The person who helped me was Michelle, who was phenomenal.
