The emergency maintenance team is very unprofessional and rude. The hot water heater seems to be repeatedly trying to ignite and failing. It keeps making rhythmic banging noises for hours., but the issue was ignored. Don’t even try yo call their emergency line. The system routes you to an AI service and no one ever responds.
The units are not luxury LOL But they are not bad, either, just a little outdated. There does seem to be increased police activity and smoking with no consequences. That being said, EVERY SINGLE PERSON we have encountered in maintenance and the office has been out of the way friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rent is fair and very reasonable, especially for the area. Mostly peaceful, have noticed little actual crime.
