I’ve lived at Heatherwood Apartments for months now, and the conditions have been unacceptable. There has been an ongoing roach infestation since the beginning of my lease, and it is not coming from my unit. I’ve seen roaches in the laundry room and throughout the property. The property manager even admitted that multiple tenants do not treat their units, which has caused a building-wide problem. The manager here was super nice and helped me., I'm moving in March 1st and I can't wait!!! It's affordable and the property always looks clean and well maintained :)

I lived here for about a year and really loved living here. It was my first apartment and was just enough room for me and my cat. Complex feels safe and neighbors are quiet. Just moved to a larger area and got my full deposit back from Heatherwood. Would recommend this complex because for the excellent price, you get quality living with hardwood floors, granite countertops, central heating and AC, stove top, huge windows, etc. The manager Heather was also pleasant and helpful the whole time I lived there. Thank you!
