This place need some work done it's hard to get in front door w a key . Laundry room machines half work and it needs lots of updates on inside of Apts.
No maintenance. No security in a rough area of town. Hallways and stairwell often smell of urine. The rent is low, but you're definitely getting what you pay for here. They've had a revolving door for site managers for a number of years now.
