Managed by valor. Trash company who disrespects and violates tenants
Used enjoy living here until completely gave up on maintaining the jacuzzi, pool, and gym intact. With rent being pushed up twice, you expect to get the most, full experience of amenities you paying for ! However not here . Jacuzzi is always down, never works, after a long days of work I can’t even wish to get in. Unknown figures in the gym who somehow get in and leave it a mess, not to mention the tennis court lights are a fifty fifty chance at turning on. This is a very nice place to live. The community is very pleasant and our complex manager is so attentive and professional to ALL our needs to live in a safe, clean, and beautiful place. Thank you Heatherwood.
lately have been having shady faces and activity happen inside the complex. Very unfortunate that management does nothing , nor acts with preference.. the environment has changed and it doesn’t help to know there is nothing to help or stop these things from happening around our children and family. Seen more than two may I say, drug deals, happen inside the rest area and parking lot. They have shut down the gym and jacuzzi since the pandemic started. However they claim expenses are going up, and thus have raised our rent twice this year. Every 6 months or so like clockwork rent goes up. Is inflation going up? Nope. Are expenses going up? Not really. If anything, expenses are going down because they have less stuff to take care of.
