Today marks 2 days here and we LOVE IT. It’s beautiful inside and out. It’s extremely quiet at night which is awesome. You just move into a really really great small community. Property manager is super sweet, the new leasing agent is great. Really good maintenance team. We got blessed to call this place home. We’re happy.
Today makes exactly one week since I’ve moved in and this is the second time my a/c has went out and my apartment is 80 degrees. Edit: My new a/c unit was finally installed Monday 6/23 was originally supposed to be installed 6/20. I had a window unit to compensate the central unit not working. I was told by maintenance they would come back the next day Tuesday 6/24 to make sure the a/c unit was working fine and to take out the window unit. No one came.
