Very unhappy with the cleaning performed by Heather's Housekeeping. We received a $50 gift card from Heather's to apply to our next cleaning. Since they hadn't cleaned our house recently, they charged a higher fee to do a "deep cleaning". This is standard practice in the industry so I didn't have a problem with that. The problem was that the cleaning person only cleaned the first level of our house - they did absolutely no cleaning upstairs. Didn't even clean the toilet on the first floor bathroom.
