REPOSTING SINCE MY FRIENDS REVIEW OF HER EXPERIENCE WAS DELETED WITH NO HELP FROM THE OWNER FOR THE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE SHE HAD. Have been going to heathers off and on for over a decade... unfortunately had the worst hair experience this past weekend. Asked for a color correction and walked out with something that was not even close to what I asked for. I asked to cut and thin my hair and I walked out with thicker hair than I did walking in.
