Unprofessional management and failure to meet statutory obligations. We moved out in April 2025 and provided our forwarding address. It has been 14 months, and our $800 security deposit is still wrongfully withheld. She has gaslit me, has a bad attitude, lies, does not communicate, left me a NASTY voicemail on my phone (still have it), then held a fee over my head - - "I'll let you know when I've made my decision, you will hear from me" didn't hear from her.. If you are considering moving here, beware of their billing practices—both while you live there and after you leave. First, they do not have individual water or sewer meters for each apartment. Instead, they use a shared billing system where the whole building's water bill is simply divided up based on how many tenants live in your unit.
