I’m a current resident at Heathermoor, our water bills are over $100 a month and no one is doing anything about it. I feel like I’m talking to a wall when I call the office, and most of the time I’m unable to get ahold of anyone. On top of all the other fees we are charged with rent every month, it’s getting harder and harder to keep up with rent and I cannot stand it anymore.

Heathermoor keeps raising the price of rent. A new customer pays $400 less a month than I do. The office makes stuff up like you're smoking in your house and threaten to charge you $500 for breaking the rules. They had an inspection and lied about the inspection. Maintenance is great though. Always on time and friendly. The lawn crew has leaf blowers going at all hours morning and evening. The crews are supposed to keep the snow clear, but they don't. We lived here for several years, and overall we were quite satisfied — the location is convenient, and the apartments, although older, were comfortable. However, after we informed the management that we were moving out, their attitude changed noticeably. They started responding to emails less frequently, and eventually stopped replying altogether. I really appreciate Cierra and Nicole who helped with getting a lease finished. It took over 3 weeks and they helped me in less than 1 day. They were nice and professional. My day is made
