I've been living here for a month, and before moving in, I noticed some damage to the apartment and was told it would be fixed. The most visible is a broken window. To this day, the apartment remains the same, although I've been several times to ask them to fix it. The maintenance staff usually closes incidents without fixing anything. I filed a maintenance incident because my family and I were hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning from using the stove. I moved out over two months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I have left emails and phone calls every other day and was even told three weeks ago they would mail a check. Nothing has arrived and my calls are being ignored once again.
Worst. Management. Ever. The people in the office do not care. And they will not help you. I have neighbors who party until 4am on week days as well with speakers aimed at my bedroom window. If thats not enough for you they also got in trouble with the state for charging water with illegal readers. Do not come here.
I scheduled a tour and no one was in the leasing office for over 2 hours after my scheduled tour. I decided to sign a lease anyways and confirmed the leasing office hours the day before my move in. Again 45 minutes late to open the office and I had movers waiting on me. And then I was forced to sign a new lease because the property manager refused to give me the keys to the place I leased but since they never gave me a countersigned lease there wasn't anything I could do.
