We fully moved into a unit 7/2 after the first night sleeping there we had ants and bug bites all over us. Later to find out they gave us a unit infested with bed bugs. I have NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE at any past apartment. The previous tenant left us bed bugs because the bites started AFTER we moved in here. They did not replace the carpet before move in and they obviously did not have pest control come in to do a check as their maintenance man said they did over the phone. Highly recommend asking for an inspection report from management before you sign a lease. There have been some bug infestation issues (ceilings, walls and floors) lately and the management prefers to pin it on resident instead of handling things professionally. Good luck. I’d look at other neighboring properties before moving here.
I’ve lived here over 10 years. Worked with maintenance for 5 years. This is a great community. But when you start to feel ignored where else can you go? How about google reviews. I’m gonna be petty and make a review about the parking. It’s horrible. Most of the residents respect the fact there’s a lack of space for parking, so if we park our own cars in visitors spots we should all comply with the policies of the property.
