My wife and I could not finish out the lease, we bought ourselves out of the lease. No amount of paint will stop that deteriorating 50year-old apartment complex from rotting to the ground, leaky roofs, moldy walls, water marks in the ceilings, and horrible staff. Stop wasting your money living in a dump there are a lot of newer built apartment complexes in the Dublin area for the same price. Even their updated models is just paint, plaster, and mold. DUMP..
Hidden fees. Rude management and truly miserable staff that quits every couple months. Incompetent maintenance tells you to purchase parts and fix stuff for yourself. YOUR MONTHLY RENT WILL BE 300 DOLLARS MORE THAN POSTED due to fees and shared costs with neighbors. Water and electric meters for these apartments have been broken for years and they let the companies double charge everyone.
